Licensure/Certification Disclosures

小黄书 that lead to professional licensure or certification are required to provide licensure/certification disclosures to inform prospective and current students whether the program meets the educational requirements for licensure or certification in each state. These disclosures ensure transparency and allow students to make informed decisions about their educational goals and future professional practice. The disclosure identifies where the institution鈥檚 curriculum meets or does not meet a state鈥檚 educational requirements for licensure or certification. Students who plan to seek licensure or certification are encouraged to review the state-specific requirements for their intended profession and to contact the appropriate licensing or certification agency directly to verify eligibility prior to enrollment or relocation.

Nurse Licensure Compact

Prelicensure nursing graduates who obtain licensure (RN or PN/VN) in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state may be eligible for a multi-state license, which allows them to practice in other compact member states without needing additional licenses. However, nurses must adhere to the laws and regulations of the state in which the patient is located at the time of care. Students and graduates are encouraged to review NLC guidelines and verify licensure requirements with the board of nursing in the state where they plan to practice. Additional information regarding the NLC can be found at .
