For example, a student focused on business leadership may want to take courses in psychology to better understand individual and team behaviors. A student interested in a career in health and human services may want to take business courses to better understand budgeting and operations.

Earning a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies is a great opportunity for you to expand your knowledge and prepare for the career you want. 小黄书's interdisciplinary studies program offers six areas of focus: business, criminal justice, health and human services, healthcare administration, network security, and psychology. You can create a customized program by combining any two of these areas.

Healthcare

6. Healthcare Administration

Healthcare administrators also develop organizational policies to help providers serve patients efficiently and compassionately.

If you鈥檙e currently working in the healthcare industry, a healthcare administration degree at either the bachelor鈥檚 or master鈥檚 level can set you on a more business-focused career path.

Employers typically require a degree in health administration or a related area to work as a healthcare administrator. Undergraduate courses include topics such as healthcare operations, human resources, and marketing.
