5. Interdisciplinary Studies
- Degree level: Bachelor鈥檚 degree
An interdisciplinary studies degree allows students to combine two or more disciplines into a single bachelor鈥檚 degree curriculum. For example, a student focused on business leadership may want to take courses in psychology to better understand individual and team behaviors. A student interested in a career in health and human services may want to take business courses to better understand budgeting and operations.

6. Healthcare Administration

Healthcare administrators help ensure the smooth operation of a hospital, hospital system, or healthcare organization. Unlike doctors and nurses, healthcare administrators don鈥檛 work directly with patients; instead, they focus on day-to-day operations, organizational budgets, information technology, and staffing. How long it takes to begin a new career pathway in business
Most of our programs are at the bachelor鈥檚 degree level, which typically take 32-36 months to complete when attending full-time. Master鈥檚 degree programs usually don鈥檛 take as long. If you can transfer credit from prior education, you can potentially complete a program in much less time.
While our bachelor鈥檚 degree programs are accelerated by design, you can complete your education at the pace that鈥檚 right for you. If you feel coursework is moving too fast and you need more time, you can take it. We offer several resources to help you manage the pace of your degree program and ensure you鈥檙e staying on track.
