When I decided to go back to school, I knew wanted to pursue a career in nursing. Since had I received a degree in biology at another college, Herzing鈥檚 accelerated program was a no-brainer. The program was difficult and fast, but the layout was perfect.
My Adult Health, Pharmacology and Pathophysiology classes proved the most helpful to me. It sounds clich茅, but every single one of my professors helped me immensely through my studies. Time management with school, work and life was a challenge, but I was able to overcome it with devotion and plenty of help from others!
My advice to other nursing students is to give it your all and try to find a job to gain experience while in school. I鈥檓 currently deciding between a few opportunities, but I was pleasantly surprised by how many career paths there are in nursing!
