Ijeoma Okolo
I was referred to 小黄书 by my friend Jane Yingomone, and that鈥檚 when I discovered their 16-week courses. I was already working on a medical-surgical floor and needed a work-school balance, so I reached out to Herzing after realizing I wanted to give it a shot.
Meagan, my academic advisor, was always such a huge help and support to me. She was always there to provide important educational updates which, in addition to my regular classes, really helped me succeed in my studies.
After putting in the hard work, I graduated with all A鈥檚 in my FNP program and I鈥檓 now looking forward to the future! I鈥檝e always wanted to have my own clinic, and that鈥檚 something I think I鈥檒l keep working toward.
If there is any advice I have to give to students, it鈥檚 to be sure to study hard and with a partner!
