We鈥檝e designed pathways for nurses of all educational backgrounds to begin pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice with a specialization in Nursing Leadership and Administration. No matter where you are now, we can help you chart a course to the terminal degree in nursing.

Nursing represents an exciting, challenging, and rewarding career path. We鈥檙e thrilled you鈥檙e already interested in becoming an influential decision-maker at the highest levels in the field. We can help you get there, but you鈥檒l have to start by earning an associate, bachelor鈥檚, or master鈥檚 degree in nursing first.

Associate degree

You can choose to earn a 2-year degree and take the fastest path towards becoming an RN. Our Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) program is available at multiple campuses, with an online option available in select U.S. states.

Bachelor's degree

Start on the pathway to a bachelor鈥檚 degree and expand your nursing education in preparation for the NCLEX-RN exam. Depending on your prior education and experience, you can earn a BSN in around 2-3 years.

Master's degree

Current bachelor鈥檚 degree holders may be eligible for our online MSN Direct Entry program and earn the fastest start towards a DNP with the nursing leadership and administration specialization.
